Meet Jill Hart!

Jill is a teacher with a B.Ed. from the University of Manitoba, and CCPE with 10+ years working in corporate for leading pharmaceutical companies.  She is a Certified Leadership Coach, Certified Meditation Coach, Certified Energy Healer, and is the founder of Inside Out Meditation.  She has always held a genuine interest in helping people live their best life.  Today, through coaching and sharing a more modern approach to meditation, she helps guide executives, rising stars, and the busy parent to build resilience through the scientifically proven benefits that meditation can provide.  Her clients experience more engagement and focus in their life and the people they lead.  She offers personal 1:1 coaching, guided group meditations, and corporate @work workshops and programs, tailored to your organizations specific needs.
